It saves you when u kenna GB, BS or when your life is in the red and u desperately need the fountain of health. Not convinced it's the best?

What else could possibly save you. If you are lucky, you get Regen. But then again, how often do one get Regen while in the red. And even so, Regen needs a period of time when nothing disturbs u. Do one always get the time? In the heat of the moment tat the head is hunted, ur Regen could turn out to be nothing more than a false hope.

Invisi lets u escape... for the time being. And if wards are placed around the area, it does no much use as well. What about Haste. Ever heard of the saying: u can run, but u cannot hide? With a wrath from zeus, u r GGed.

Prob the next most impt survival item is Aegis of Immortal. But take note, 4 charges isnt exactly alot. To save your own precious ass, be sure to have a scoll in your inventory.
