"Funny how we realized listening to our parents' advice is always most important... Fancy thinking they're conservative when they coaxed us into not jumping into a relationship too soon. As i grow older, i now know where they're coming from. The experience of knowing timing is most important finally made me see no need to get into a relationship too soon no matter how fatal the attraction might be. When the dating process drags too long, it's dangerous and hard to upkeep the spark. Then there was also the thought provoking question of why two people should even get together only because there's mutual attraction? Only when you've experienced it once will the experience tell ya dating can in fact become less of a burden than the agreement to commit."
You always told me not to question you on the stuffs you blogged.
And so i guess, perhaps this time round, i shouldnt.
But what do i infer from the above?
Regret.
I never thought I would be a burden & I never wanted to be. Maybe there's just so many things that I didnt know.
